Sanitizing Solutions was developed as a liquid prototype in the late 1990s, due to an increasing demand and clear need for a sophisticated water treatment system cleaner that would not only extend resin life, but reduce biofilm and minimize bacteria growth within portable water cleaning systems.

In essence, SANITIZING SOLUTIONS protects and cleans water treatment systems at the point of use.

During the testing and development period of our solution, our goal was to increase the life expectancy of your investment, remove or reduce biofilm—a significant health concern in today’s water—and minimize the presence of dirt, which hosts microorganisms and promotes bacteria growth in water treatment systems. Sanitizing Solutions is a product developed to meet consumers’ demand for clean water.

In 2007, Sanitizing Solutions was developed as a prototype and tested for two years. It was fully released in mid-2008, and today, Superior Water Softeners adds Sanitizing Solution to every water treatment system.
